Becky and Jared are Home!!!

Yeah!! We got to take Becky and Jared home today. They can now take 45 mL of formula every 3 hours by bottle which was their last step. Mark still has his feeding tube in, so he can't leave yet. We're hoping to have him home within a week.

Since we were able to take Becky and Jared out of their rooms, they allowed us to take them into Mark's room so that we could get pictures of all three of them together.

We also have more individual pictures:

Merry Christmas

We're approaching the close of Christmas day 2010. We had a very enjoyable one. Our Christmas started last night. Since we had so many things already planned for today, we opened most of our immediate family gifts on Christmas eve. We weren't able to include the triplets since they are still in the hospital, but they are still too young to know what they are missing anyway.

We saved Luke's best gifts for this morning except for 1 power tool that he had to take to bed with him.

From Luke

Luke did a much better job at unwrapping gifts this year than he did last year.

We went to Robert's sister, Stephanie's early this morning. We left Luke there to go to the hospital. We were able to dress the babies in little Christmas outfits.

After our hospital visit, we went to Shelley's parents' along with most of Shelley's brothers and sisters. We all exchanged gifts there. Luke was trying to unwrap gifts belonging to others, but we were able to stop him for the most part.

Now it's late and we need to get to bed.

Mark has moved now

Mark was moved to the CCN (Continued Care Nursery) last night. He is still in his isolette, but is doing very well. All babies are gaining about an ounce a day and they are all now in the CCN.

Jared and Becky have moved

Jared and Becky have been doing very well. They both had their IVs removed and are now in bassinets. They have moved into intermediate care.

Mark is still improving, but has a lot more to catch up on than the other 2. We've got a few more pictures.

Shelley's Home

Yesterday was a very busy day, so we didn't have any time to post any pictures.

Shelley was discharged from the hospital yesterday. Robert took some street clothes to her in the morning so she could change. We then went to the NICU for 1.5 hours to see the babies. Robert gave Becky a bath and Shelley did some feeding. We came back down to Shelley's room so she could get her discharge instructions.

Grandpa Fletcher also came down from southern Utah last night. He and Grandma Fletcher went with us this morning to see the babies again. This time Shelley gave Jared a bath. We've got a lot more pictures.

Day Three

Both Mark and Jared had their CPAP machines removed today. Both of us were able to hold all three babies. More pictures are on our Picasa web album. We have better shots now that they are all off of the CPAP. Shelley has had her IV removed and is able to go see the babies any time she wants to.

Next Day Update

All of the babies are doing very well. Shelley is recovering, but not as quickly as we would have hoped. She is still not stable enough to go see the babies. She was only able to see them once just before going back to her room from the recovery room last night.

Becky is now off from her CPAP and is able to breath well on her own. Robert was able to hold her for 30 minutes today. We won't be able to hold the boys until they are not needing the CPAP.

Robert was able to get some more pictures. They are posted on our Picasa web album. Below are one of each that Robert has taken today:
